Afternoon Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Afternoon purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Submit a return through our return portal here.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The return period begins on the day your order is marked as delivered.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Clothing must be in like-new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

  • Golf bags must be returned in their original packaging and protective wrap.

  • Items marked Final Sale (including clearance or promotional items) are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show visible signs of use will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless they purchased Redo free returns.

  • Afternoon is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • You can submit an exchange through our return portal here.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return through our return portal here. Email questions to support@afternoongolf.com so we can make it right.

Additional Notes

  • Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

  • Afternoon reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
