We want you to love your Afternoon purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

The return period begins on the day your order is marked as delivered.
Eligibility Requirements

Clothing must be in like-new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Golf bags must be returned in their original packaging and protective wrap.

Items marked Final Sale (including clearance or promotional items) are not eligible for return or refund.

Items that are damaged, altered, or show visible signs of use will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless they purchased Redo free returns.

Afternoon is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

You can submit an exchange through our return portal here.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return through our return portal here. Email questions to support@afternoongolf.com so we can make it right.

Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Afternoon reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
